Schedule a remote assistance session with us by email.
Click the TeamViewer button to connect at the scheduled time.
When setting up your Grid3 for the first time, look up for the “Personal…” voice here:
Click “Change” under “Voice”:
Choose your personal voice version and click “OK”:
If you are already using Grid3 and want to connect your personal voice, please follow the steps below:
Click the menu icon on the top left of the screen:
Choose “Settings”:
Go to “Speech” menu and then click “Voices” under “Speaking” (mandatory) and “Audio feedback” (optional):
Choose your “personal voice” version and click OK:
To save the changes, click OK to close Speech menu:
When using Accent with Empower software, please follow the steps below:
Click “Menu”:
Click “Toolbox”:
Click “Voice”:
Click “Change Voice”:
Choose “The Voice Keeper Personal” voice and click “Choose” button:
Click “Finished”:
When setting up your Communicator 5 for the first time, look up for the “Personal…” voice here:
